本機(jī)采用變頻調(diào)速，液壓或氣動(dòng)升降、防爆無(wú)泄漏。生產(chǎn)連續(xù)性強(qiáng)，分散效果好，安裝簡(jiǎn)便。

應(yīng)用范圍Application scope

高速分散機(jī)適用于兩種或多種液體和粉體狀物料進(jìn)行攪拌、溶解和分散。可以單獨(dú)適用生產(chǎn)，也可以配套各種砂磨機(jī)連續(xù)生產(chǎn)。通過(guò)分散盤(pán)的高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，使物料呈環(huán)狀流，產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)旋渦，呈螺旋狀下降到渦流底部。粒子間產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈的剪切撞擊與磨擦，達(dá)到迅速分散、溶解、均勻混合的功能。通過(guò)控制油泵工作帶動(dòng)液壓機(jī)架升降，液壓機(jī)架帶動(dòng)整個(gè)傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)和工作組升降。

Strong shear collision and friction occur between particles, which can disperse rapidly, dissolve and mix evenly.
