應用范圍Application scope

高速分散機適用于兩種或多種液體和粉體狀物料進行攪拌、溶解和分散。可以單獨適用生產，也可以配套各種砂磨機連續生產。通過分散盤的高速運轉，使物料呈環狀流，產生強旋渦，呈螺旋狀下降到渦流底部。粒子間產生強烈的剪切撞擊與磨擦，達到迅速分散、溶解、均勻混合的功能。通過控制油泵工作帶動液壓機架升降，液壓機架帶動整個傳動機構和工作組升降。

High speed dispersing machine is suitable for mixing, dissolving and dispersing two or more liquid and powder materials. It can be used for production alone, or can be matched with a variety of sand grinder continuous production through the high-speed operation of the dispersing disk, so that the material is circular flow, producing a strong vortex, spiral down to the bottom of the vortex. Strong shear collision and friction occur between particles, which can disperse rapidly, dissolve and mix evenly.
